YOGA | slow is beautiful

Thinking about ‘doing yoga’, but don’t really know where to start? Needing a rejuvenating and soothing time-out in the middle of your busy day? Finding it difficult to squeeze yet another task in at the end of your day? Looking to do something good for you, where you can recharge and catch your breath

Whatever your reasons are ‘to have a go at’ yoga, it is honestly one of the best long term decisions you can make for your body and mind!

I am a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) Diploma Teacher, Level 4, 500 hours. I teach a slow paced Hatha Yoga with focus on having enough time getting in and out of the postures. Enough time for you to experience, feel and explore the postures and to find your breath. Slow is beautiful! And a much needed contrast to maintaining balance in an often hectic life.

My classes are aimed at beginners as well as more experienced students, who want to deepen their practice.

Due to various health related issues I'm not currently teaching, but I am hoping to be back soon :-)
